Sync Option resets Dashboard to earlier version

Expected Behavior

Pressing the sync button syncs the datasets used in the Dashboard (i.e. map get the current symbolization).

Actual Behavior

Pressing the sync button resets the dashboard to an earlier state; i.e. a chart added to the dashboard and saved to the dashboard will be removed with the sync.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Create a dashboard, save, close
2. Open the dashboard, add a new chart, save dashboard
3. press sync
4. The newly added Chart is gone
