Fix label for Metadata upload preserve

"Metadata uploaded preserve" should be "Preserve uploaded metadata".

• change the label for the ResourceBase.metadata_uploaded_preserve field
• fix msgid in all .mo files. This must be done by hand since we cannot regenerate .mo files automatically because of several custom changes done by hand in the past the would be lost.
