Bump jenkins version + add missing variables for nginx

Okay so with this latest commit (jenkins version bump) and updated arguments regarding https - which is unused by default in the nginx reverse proxy default config - I now have a running jenkins instance.

Not sure if it's right to bump version like this, regarding https I guess a better approach would be to configure jenkins to use let's encrypt certs. But at least now it's working, and from what I understand https is not required on the jenkins side if already configured on the nginx reverse proxy side ?

Just saw several CVE in jenkins 2.414 so I tested and updated to latest release 2.429 and it's also updating and running without issues.
