BR: remove dialogos

The BR procedure is failing with the message

INFO    2023-03-14 15:36:48,996 backup           780 139941133924160 Dumping 'dialogos' into 'dialogos.json'.
CommandError: No installed app with label 'dialogos'.

dialogos have been removed time ago, but it's still in the BR settings of the project:

Please note that the restore procedure will use the .ini file in the br directory, having the basename identical to the backup zip file. If you're getting an error in the restore, changing the project ini file won't solve your issue, so you'll have to edit the backupped ini file.
