Where to upload the RDF data?

HI..

May I ask, what is the next step for us to publish the RDF data on web after successfully converting the geospatial dataset to RDF data file?

and how to upload or publish it on web? Do we can upload on any website or do we need to create our own website to view this RDF data on web?
