q: Are the two floating catchment area measures calculated outside of community analytics?

note about name: most people in this area know what 2SFCA means (fyi it's 2-step), so we can use that abbreviation for the 2nd column (DestFloatingCatchmentArea?) and keep coverage for the 1st column since the ratio is technically separate from the 2SFCA.
