[Bug] weight manager can't select another item

HI, here we got a problem while getting started to set the weights manager, the problem is that we couldn’t choose another option for setting the weight manager, so we were wondering how to deal with this problem.

The attached is our input layer file, and we would like to use an ID column to be weight manager, thanks for your help.
