[Bug]

Launching Geoda I get the following error:

"Failed to copy the file 'C:\Program Files\GeoDa Software\lang\config.ini' to 'C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\GeoDa\lang\config.ini' (error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch software

Expected behavior Not to get an error when launching the software

Screenshots

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS:Windows
• Version 10

This should be fixed in the latest version 1.20.0.12 https://github.com/GeoDaCenter/geoda/releases/tag/v1.20.0.12
