Fill transparency doesn't work in Geoda 1.20 with windows system [Bug]
1- Launch Geoda 2- Clic on the related icon to import supported files 3- Import a shapefile 4- Right clic on the green rectangle 5- left clic on "Fill opacity for category" 6- Change the opacity to any number. It does not work.

I followed the steps you described (plus #7) but cannot replicate the problem. If you added #7, feel free to email us your shapefile to @.*** (don't need any variables), then we'll test this. Make sure you're using GeoDa 1.20.
1- Launch Geoda 2- Clic on the related icon to import supported files 3- Import a shapefile 4- Right clic on the green rectangle 5- left clic on "Fill opacity for category" 6- Change the opacity to any number. It does not work. 7- Close opacity window 8 - opaque color is applied

I think this is a Windows only issue — it has a different implementation of opacity than on MacOS, due to the performance issue of wxGrapahixContex on windows. However, the opacity should work when a basemap layer was added? @Savedbygrace98 can you help to verify it? Thanks!
