Connect UI with SUR

  1. Add Space ID control
  2. Add SUR dispatcher
  3. Add SUR in "Open Model"
  4. Add SUR in "Save Model"

Two ways to configure SUR:

  1. Load a space-time dbf e.g. nat_st.dbf; specify T(ime) and S(pace) fields
  2. Load a regular dbf e.g. nat.dbf; Allow User to select time grouped variable for SUR, e.g. user can hold Cmd key to select "HR80, HR90", then hold "Alt/Option" key to drag-n-drop them to Y input. By doing so, the T(ime) and S(pace) inputs will be disabled.
