Can not connect to my PDA through Windows 10 in VMware Workstation

Hello, I'm running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.5011 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0 in VMware Workstation 15 Pro 15.5.7 build-17171714 and I cannot connect Scrcpy 2.7 with my pda Honeywell CK65.

I am getting this error when I run scrcpy

The usb device in the guest OS is enabled and working fine, I can see the internal storage of my pda from Windows Explorer.

Can you help me, please??
