adb devices can see my phone, but scrcpy can't. I need help

i have few phone . I used Vysor to connect them and it worked very well. But when i use SCRCPY . it can't connect to my phone. I don't know why. USB debugging is on. i use command ADB DEVICES , its worked. But when use scrcpy, it can't connect to my phone. i need help P/S ; i don't see USB DEBUGGING SETTINGS in my phone . used scrcpt-win64 & scrcpy-win32 , the same :(
