ERROR: Could not find any ADB device...ERROR: Server connection failed

Environment

• OS: Windows
• scrcpy version: 2.4
• installation method: windows release (i think)
• device model:LG Stylo 6
• Android version:10

I dont really know how to install scrcpy or how to use it in "open_a_terminal_here.bat" i just typed in "scrcpy.exe", And it just said ,"ERROR: Could not find any ADB device... ERROR: Server connection failed".

I dont know anything about this bug (I have USB Debugging on aswell)
