Hi, I realized that V4L2 is the basis for making a webcam broadcast in Linux.

But Windows has DirectShow, I don't really understand these functions, but. I found a library OpenPNP that does this kind of thing and is compatible with all systems.

I don't understand much about it, but really want Windows support. Maybe this will help.
