• OS: Ubuntu 23.10
• scrcpy version: unknown so assuming it's the one from previous Ubuntu release
• installation method: apt

Describe the bug Starting in any way, even -v stops with :

error while loading shared libraries: libavformat.so.59: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Solution Compiled from source and got 2.3.1 running right away.
