ERROR: Server execution Failed on V2.0

I have issue with the version v.20, previously i can run the older version. but today when i want to re open scrpy its happen server error. i deleted the previous version and downloaded the 2.0 version and its still cannot running, heres the error

Over wifi or USB? Looks like something prevents a socket to be opened (a firewall or something).
