erro ao abrir

olá! estou com problema, ao tentar abrir ele di=e inicio abri mais em questão de segundos fecha sozinho, ao abrir pela segunda vez o processo de fechar é mais rapido ainda e isso esta impossibilitando o uso, gostaria de ajuda para solucionar esse problema

hello! I have a problem, when I try to open it, it says I start, I open it in a matter of seconds, it closes by itself, when I open it for the second time, the closing process is even faster and this is making it impossible to use it, I would like help to solve this problem
