Can't open the exe file on Windows 11

Environment

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview build 23403
  • scrcpy version: 2.0
  • installation method: Manual build
  • device model: Redmi 9, Samsung A10s
  • Android version: Android 12 for Redmi 9, Android 11 for Samsung A10s

Describe the bug I don't know if other user had the same problem with me but I can't open the file on my Windows 11 laptop.. I guess it works best on windows 10

What's the error message? Try to run it from the console, any error? Did you download the correct version 32-bit vs 64-bit?

It does open a command prompt, and then less than a second it closed by itself.. on task manager it says ADBdevices are running but nothing appeared on my laptop screen

As explained here, run scrcpy-console.bat so that the terminal does not close on error.
