Cannot download scrcpy 2.0 from source
Trying to download scrcpy 2.0 on Linux from GitHub... Via source code to use in Linux... Only version 1.25 available
Tried that already... Only scrcpy 1.25

What are the exact command your execute? What is the current commit you are on?
Here is what I get after executing command sudo ./install_release.sh

I am using gentoo linux
sndcpy and scrcpy 1.25 work
scrcpy 2.0 does NOT load........if i execute scrcpy.......1.25 loads I get video but no audio

Installing server/scrcpy-server to /usr/local/share/scrcpy

Installing /home/eklebanow/scrcpy/app/data/icon.png to /usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps
Installing /home/eklebanow/scrcpy/app/data/zsh-completion/_scrcpy to /usr/local/share/zsh/site-functions
Installing /home/eklebanow/scrcpy/app/data/bash-completion/scrcpy to /usr/local/share/bash-completion/completions
Installing /home/eklebanow/scrcpy/app/data/scrcpy.desktop to /usr/local/share/applications
Installing /home/eklebanow/scrcpy/app/data/scrcpy-console.desktop to /usr/local/share/applications
So the build and installation have worked.
scrcpy 2.0 does NOT load
What do you mean?
What is the result in the console when you execute scrcpy? Or /usr/local/share/scrcpy?
Invoking scrcpy works....2.0 with audio loads
