scrcpy wont work on samsung note 10plus

Environment

OS: Windows 10 home
scrcpy version: 1.25
installation method: Windows release
device model: Samsung Galaxy Note10plus
Android version: 12

After connecting the phone, everytime i run scrcpy in the terminal or the scrcpy.exe, it wont run, it would drop me this error:

ERROR: "adb devices -l" returned with value 1 ERROR: Could not list ADB devices ERROR: Server connection failed

i cannot use the phone screen as its broken, i was hoping to use the program to see and control the screen in my pc, but it only drops me this error. I can connect the phone to a hdmi tv, and i tried to change the default usb config to be usb conextion, but it wont let me. Anybody knows i fix for this?

Double-click on open_a_terminal_here.bat, type adb devixe -l and press enter. What is the result?
