VIDEO & AUDIO DON´T SCREEN ON MY LAPTOP

The installation worked fine. Screen cast was succesful but video and audio are not working. For some reason, I can´t log in to hbomax on my computer, only on my phone. I downloaded scrcpy to watch hbo max on a bigger resolution but it doesn´t work. The player opens normally and the captions are visible but not the video nor the audio. I even downloaded sndcpy to forward my audio but it didn´t work either. Can someone help me please?
