Is it possible to connect over 2 separate networks?

I was looking for a free solution for remote device control and scrcpy seemed to be the best fit, however theres one issue. I have to be on the same network to remotely access my phone. Is there any way I can have my computer on one network and my phone on another and still connect to it only using these two devices?
