It cannot apt install scrcpy by termux on android arm64.
I haven't try it on android x86, yet.

Termux-ADB can make an android device wifi-adb-ly debug another. #Referring to that#, Give support for android termux of amd64/arm64 even an apk, please. If so, I would use my android pad to telecontrol my android TV . All in all, what is it is that an android device control another.

At least, it would apt install scrcpy by termux on android.
Maybe, it would pm install scrcpy.apk by termux on android.
However, being after so would be more convenient for us to telecontrol android TV than a conventional remote.

Some of the distro's provided by Termux's proot-distro have scrcpy packages available, though I haven't personally tested them. Being that Termux is only a terminal emulator, you'd have to also use something like an Android X server or VNC server
