30fps lock on phone

Environment

• OS: windows
• scrcpy version: 1.16
• installation method: windows release
• device model: Highscreen Power Rage evo
• Android version: 7.1.2 (AospExtended v4.6)

Describe the bug when i run program on my pc FPS on my phone immediately lock on 30 (not only in program windows, but on phone itself), even if i just scroll my home screen

Does it also happen when your record with screenrecord?

adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/file.mp4

you're right it happens with screenrecord too, immediately after "daemon starts" in the console

i got the root of the problem if you use -S option which is in this case turn off screen, fps gets lock to 30fps but without that option it runs perfectly fine
