Can not allow connection

When I press OK nothing happens and the window doesn't go away. Cancelling works everytime though. It worked for some time but all of the sudden not anymore. USB debugging and Dev options are enabled. Using Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 5.0.1 and windows 10

It's a bug in the device ROM. Gnirehtet just requests to open the VPN, the system handles the popup.

To solve this problem deactivate any apps that could be overlaying your screen. keyboard or accessibility settings might be a good start. This a security feature of Android to prevent screen overlay apps (like keyboards or anything that simulates input) from tap jacking.
