Add support for KitKat 4.4.2?

Good day Sir!

i have a old Galaxy Tab 4 and would like to show Server stats on it form a program which is running on a dedicated machine. But the server does not have any wifi connection whatsoever.

Would it be possible to implement support for Android 4.4.2? Thanks you in advance!

why not make it a universal that can be work over any android version?
