Define "structured_pattern"

The linkML attribute of "structured_pattern" is the equivalent of the GSC MIX attribute "value syntax". Historically the the value_syntax was used to provide a prose description of the expected syntax that term values should be provided as. The GSC MIXS "value syntax" attributes from MIxS v5 were translated to the machine readable structured_patterns in LinkML MIXS v6.
