Define what should be included in the "keywords" field

Keywords is a LinkML attribute, it was not previously part of the MIXS terminology. We can define the keyword attribute as:

a word or concept of great significance to the item.

In future we may wish to provide better guidance on how these fields could be used in a uniform and consistent manner across terms.
