salinity vs salinity method

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

(looking at the v6 draft)

salinity & salinity method are present in multiple packages. However... the soil package has "salinity_method" but not salinity. symbiont-associated uses samp_salinity Food farm has salinity & salinity_method All other relevant packages have ONLY salinity

This should be fixed before MIxS6 release.
