water_cont is requested in both soil, sediment, and microbial_mat. But water content method is only requested in soil. This should be a general term and applied to the other packages.

I made a branch to do this, but discovered some confusion..

water content method (water_cont_soil_meth) https://genomicsstandardsconsortium.github.io/mixs/0000323/

So which is it... TRUELY just soil? Seems similar to other issues we've had around terms being about the sample vs something associated with the sample EX: https://github.com/GenomicsStandardsConsortium/mixs/issues/680

Need CIG or board to make a decision here.

This term is specific to soil. We do want to keep this method metadata.

We could generalize this method term to work for the other environments. water content method.
