add metaslot definitions to makeDocs pages

The definitions created in the project https://github.com/orgs/GenomicsStandardsConsortium/projects/11/views/1 need to be included in the linkml doc somewhere and translated via the makeDocs to appear in https://genomicsstandardsconsortium.github.io/mixs/ somewhere.
