Remove "File list" icon, add "Open files" under "Window" menu

The only advantage of the "file list" icon at the right of the toolbar is that it offers a larger area to aim at compared to the "official widget" below it.

The "File list" would be well suited as menu items in a sub-menu "Open files" under the main menu "Window". Maybe sorted after projects with a separator between, if the files are from more than one project. That would also make shortcuts possible like in Terminal: ALT+1|2|3|... jumps to the fist|second|third|... tab from the left. That way you can order your tabs and 'blindly' switch between your files with a key-combo.
