Tracking Implant Box Locator doesnt work

The tracking implant box inside of the armory has a locator, to track the implants, when attempting to use it, it displays the message The the locator is malfunctioning. and does not display the location of any implants

~~Using the tracker recently in a test gave no issues. Possibly been fixed?~~ Got word it's still an issue, disregard.
