I made a few updates in the mars_maps_extended.ipynb, correcting the colab version to install pygmt and a few errors in the code.

Thanks @andrebelem for the update, sorry for the late reply (too many AGU stuff due this week)! Could you clear all the cell outputs from the Jupyter notebook? Just that the current file is 8.77MB, and we want to keep this repository small for easier git cloning. The figures should be rendered by the GitHub Actions CI later on the website, so no need to render them here directly.
