Help wanted: fetch watchdog via multi-stage build instead of curl

We should try to fetch the watchdog binary via a multi-stage build instead of curl.

This has moved a step closer with https://github.com/openfaas/faas/commit/9eafa0bfd79177e601df672a858dd07131cb3956#diff-354f30a63fb0907d4ad57269548329e3

There hasn't been a release since this was merged. Once we see a release and the CI (hopefully) pushes watchdog images we can commence testing their use.
