Update API key instructions and enhance documentation

Improve README clarity and update API key instructions. Enhance .gitignore to exclude additional files and directories.

Comments:

  • readme mentions progressbar / spinner, but I don't see the code for it?
  • I like the support for multiple files.
  • I don't think scheduled scans has a place in a context menu scanner. It would make sense for another application, such as a background application with an icon in the System Tray (icons next to the clock on the start menu bar)
