Filter by number of mutations from Wu-Hu-1 (feature request)

Future VOCs can sometimes be spotted by examining recent sequences not classified as current VOCs, but filtering for this on covSpectrum returns mainly outlier sequences. For example, "!B.1.1.529* & !B.1.617.2*" since 15/December returns many misclassified Delta sequences per frequent mutations (e.g. ORF1a:T3646A). Additionally filtering out T3646A and examining the first three things in the sequence list returns two with very high percent N and one sequence that's likely unclassified Delta.

A relatively simple way to filter some of these might be to filter for number of SNPs from Wu-Hu-1, either as a min/max or as falling within some percentile on a collection date.
