Hi I try type c to display but not working

hi I'm trying to use type-c to Hdmi but it doesn't work

when I boot after apple logo appear it make restart

ArgumentError (Invalid argument(s): Failed to lookup symbol 'request': dlsym(RTLD_DEFAULT, request): symbol not found)
