Limit of loaded chunks with permissions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In my survival server I want my players to be able to keep a certain amount of chunks loaded.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to see a permission node so a player can keep a certain amount of chunks loaded. Like the permission node keepchunks.keepchunk.20 gives acces to keep 20 chunks loaded. Please also make keepchunks.keepchunk unlimited or add something like keepchunks.keepchunk.unlimited

Just wanted to drop a line here for anyone still interested in this. I have most of the permission system backend complete and functional. You can view the WIP here: https://github.com/dorrzun/KeepChunks/tree/perms
