I found this: [Parallel Ensemble Simulations from DifferentialEquations.jl](https://diffeq.sciml.ai/stable/features/ensemble/). However as I am new to Julia, can someone just tell me the steps to get Gillespie working on GPU. I would...

I think this instruction should be a part of the package documentation.

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply! Yes a tutorial on GPUs for ODE/SDEs would be nice. For Gillespie, I had something very obvious on mind: Essentially each trajectory or simulation...

For now, I would be happy if I can just run as many trajectories of Gillespie as my GPU would permit. Would you know how I can do that?

We used partial propensity and composition rejection. We had plans to implement tau-leaping but we never got there. Our typical reaction networks had about 30 species and about 50 reactions....

@ChrisRackauckas I would love to contribute to this, once I get a bit more familiar with the landscape here. For now, for my needs, pure mass action suffices. As you...

@isaacsas thanks! Yes I will be looking through the Jump processes.jl code over the coming weekend.

I posted on the Doom Emacs Server the above issue as an advertisement to catch attention of other enthusiasts! Here is the [posting](https://discord.com/channels/406534637242810369/671478815846826004/1022427106711441448).

@QiangF : Thanks for telling me about xremap, xkeysnail and hawck. Until now I only knew about xmodmap. Quick questions, in case you are already familiar with some of the...

I wonder if it will be a good idea to _not_ take on the burden of defining `god-mode` outside of Emacs! Instead can one consult an Emacs daemon running `god-mode`...
