Created new interactive (Vorpal.js) CLI

Created a new interactive cli.

  • Cleaner UI
  • Easier to understand arguments and use
  • Supports just creating a new nativebase project as defined here instead of just cloning an outdated repo because that will always cause incompatibility problems.
  • Cleaned up modules and added a tools module for common tasks
