iOS端设置倍速以后 不断的点击暂停和播放，进度会在1.0和设置的倍速之间切换；并且拖拽进度以后，设置的视频播放倍速恢复1.0，此时打印的视频播放器的倍速还是设置的倍速；在拖拽进度结束的方法里面重新设置播放倍速无效
