Popover lets interact with UI outside/behind of it without closing

Problem Statement

I need to scroll when the popover is open, because i use it with an input inside with focus on it. But when the popover shows the keyboard shows up too and if the popover is on the bottom, i can't the input. It will be good to interact with other element when opened too. For now it's a modal. Have you planned to change this behavior?

Proposed Solution or API

Maybe provide an absolute position behavior with fade effect. Thanks for reading.
