One of the footer templates are invalid

I don't know if this is troll, but the folder "Footer Template" contains an invalid design.

Upon clicking the index file, it's just a plain black background with nothing in it; unless you highlight over the page, there is simply one text that says "hello".

Hope you look into this and fix.
