Metered connection/issues recieving notifications

When using InviZible, (Tor + DNSCrypt, all traffic routed through Tor) some apps such as Hypatia detect my connection as "metered." i suspect this is the cause of a second issue, where apps (Discord and Snapchat mainly) don't notify me when I get new messages. Everything works flawlessly when InviZible is stopped, but even when it's running and those apps are excluded entirely, notifications are still heavily delayed and/or not received at all. I tried to turn off "Route all traffic through Tor" and excluded them from that selection but to no avail.

Galaxy S25 Ultra, not rooted. I am using bridges but that shouldn't be an issue as the problem is with excluded apps anyway.

This can happen if you have mobile data enabled or if Wi-Fi and mobile data are both enabled at the same time. In the latter case, you can simply disable mobile data or disable fast network switching in the common settings.

Ensure that both battery and traffic optimization are disabled for InviZible.
