StegOnline v2 Initial Release

Setting up a PR to track progress in the StegOnline overhaul. Key changes will be:

• Refreshed, more intuitive UI
• Steg operations conducted via a custom Go library, compiled to WASM for significant speed increases
• Image previous for bit planes
• Ability to view multiple bit planes on top of eachother
• Pixel Value Differencing embedding
• Integrated steghide and OutGuess encryption, decryption and cracking

All of the above features will be merged and complete by around July, as this is also my Uni dissertation project 😄

This PR will be on hold until v1 of stegogo is released. The Go lib that was originally going to be included in this repo is now being developed as a separate tool here, and will be imported here as a git submodule.
