Custom EXE seems cant run with Wrapper 3.0.1 And No driver_c/Logs symbolic link in app folder

Environment:

• OS: 14.4.1
• Winery version: v2.0.1
• Master Wrapper version: 3.0.1
• Engine version: 23.7.1-2
• Hardware: MacBook Pro 16 2019

Describe the bug

1. Custom EXE seems cant run
2. No driver_c/Logs symbolic link in app folder

To Reproduce

1. Create a wrapper, and copy some apps.
2. Create a custom exe for the second app.
3. Double Click Custom EXE APP --> Cannot run app.

Expected behavior

1. App runs
2. has symbolic link in folder

Additional context back to Wrapper 3.0, work again but some wrapper app folder mapping and driver mapping seems corrupted

with cmd wine xxx.exe,

with CustomEXE, driver D disapeared, because cant access it and user profile folder

but actually mapping is disabled in settings
