[Bug]:Texture/shaders not rendering in Great Voyage Online.

Description of problem
This game is a very old KOEI online game, released in around 2009 and is on directx9c. The game runs perfectly but the texture rendering on characters and ships will lost as the time goes on. Especially if there is a scene change, e.g., from town to the sea. Tried to use d3d9(built-in), d3dcompiler_47(built-in) but all has the same problem.
Steps to reproduce
- Log in into the game
- Go to any of the other scenes, like sail on the sea, or get into the bar, etc.
- Try step 2 a few times/minutes, then the shader rendering will start to fail.

Expected behavior
Textures/Shaders to be properly rendered no matter how long the game plays.
