BACKSPACE / DELETE doesn't delete the 1st tag

Current behavior

The 1st tag can't be deleted when user focus onto it using TAB key. However, other tags can be deleted when user focus onto other tags using TAB key.

Expected behavior

1st Tag should be deleted if user press BACKSPACE / DELETE button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :

1. Focus on to the 1st chip / tag using TAB key.
2. Hit BACKSAPCE / DELETE button.
