I'm having this bsod too. It does not happen on VMWare. Only seems to be happening on physical machines. I could've sworn this was not happening before, weird.

Machine checks are particularly ugly to debug. Can one of you upload a full kernel dump of the system at the time it's happening? I'll try to take a look and see what's up.
